All transactions must be carried out separately. Multiple transactions should not be initiated within the system at the same time. Each transaction must be completed before a new one is started.
Users are advised to submit and save only deposits they are prepared to complete. Multiple deposit submissions for the same transaction should be avoided, as this may result in the transaction remaining pending for verification.
Transactions initiated during weekends may experience processing delays due to operational limitations.
Withdrawals are not processed on Saturdays and Sundays. Any withdrawal request submitted during this period will be flagged as violation of our transaction policy
Users are responsible for ensuring that their withdrawal wallet address is updated correctly at all times. Only one wallet address should be maintained per account. Frequent changes or swapping of wallet addresses may attract wallet update or swap charges and may also result in additional charges.

Do not share your device with others for the purpose of accessing their accounts or allowing them to access yours. Such activities may trigger IP address conflicts, security alerts, account restrictions, or additional verification procedures. The platform reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action where suspicious account access patterns are detected.
